Terms of Service

1. Using Preevit

You must be at least 16 to use Preevit. By creating an account or using the extension you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@preevit.com if you think someone else has access. You can close your account at any time from the extension's settings.

3. Free and Pro

Free includes 3 addresses, 3 datasets and 5 emails per address. A Free address stops accepting new mail once it has received 5 emails; what it already received stays readable until you delete it. Free doesn't include attachments. The Free allowance is per person, not per account: variants of one email address (such as name+tag@gmail.com and name@gmail.com) count as the same address, and deleting your account and signing up again with that address doesn't reset what you have already used.

Pro is a one-time purchase, priced at $15 during the launch promo. It removes the Free limits: unlimited addresses and datasets, unlimited emails received (we keep the latest 5 per address), attachment downloads, and addresses that keep receiving mail. The price for new customers may change after the promo, but anyone who has bought Pro keeps it.

What “lifetime” means. Pro lasts for as long as Preevit operates the service. It does not mean forever, and it is not a guarantee about any particular website. If we ever shut Preevit down, we will give you at least 90 days' notice so you can take your data with you.

Fair use. “Unlimited” is for personal, everyday use. We apply rate limits to stop automated or bulk use, and we may restrict accounts that put the service under unreasonable load.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of Pro to you. Refunds are handled under Paddle's refund policy, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. When a purchase is refunded, your account returns to the Free plan; anything above the Free limits is kept for 30 days so you can take what you need, and then deleted for good. Your 3 most recent datasets and their addresses stay, we email you when the 30 days start, and buying Pro again within them cancels the deletion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Preevit to:

• commit fraud, impersonate a real person or business, or break the law;
• send spam, harass anyone, or abuse another website, including by creating accounts in bulk with automated tools;
• evade a ban or enforcement action that a website has applied to you;
• get around the Free plan's limits, for example by signing up repeatedly with temporary or alternate email addresses;
• attack, overload or probe the security of Preevit or anyone else's service.

We may suspend or remove accounts and addresses that break these rules. Report abuse involving a Preevit address to support@preevit.com.

6. What we can't promise

Some websites block disposable email addresses or reject generated details, and we can't guarantee that every site will accept them. We work to keep Preevit available and your mail arriving, but the service is provided “as is”, and email delivery depends on systems we don't control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Ending your account and changes

You can stop using Preevit and delete your account at any time; your data is then permanently removed, apart from the short record described in our Privacy Policy that keeps the Free allowance from being reset. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
